Ingredients
Warm water: 5.4 fl oz (160 ml)
Cheese: 5.3 oz (150 g)
Flour: 8.5–10.6 oz (240–300 g)
Salt: ¾ teaspoon
Tomato sauce: 3–5 tablespoons
Instant yeast: 0.25–0.35 oz (7–10 g)
Bacon: 4 slices
Sugar: 1.5 teaspoons
Ham: 4.2–5.3 oz (120–150 g)
Canned pineapple: 7 oz (200 g)
Vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons + for greasing

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough:

    • In a bowl, combine 140 g of flour with yeast, salt, and sugar.
    • Add the vegetable oil and warm water, mixing well.
    • Gradually incorporate the remaining flour until a soft, elastic dough forms. You may not need all the flour, so adjust as necessary.
    • Place the dough in a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap or a cloth, and let it rest for 10 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Prepare the Toppings:

    • Cut the ham and bacon into small pieces. If the pineapple is in rings, chop it as well.
    • Grate the cheese using a coarse grater.
  3. Assemble the Pizza:

    • Grease a baking tray or pizza pan with oil.
    • Spread the dough evenly across the pan, aiming for a diameter of about 12 inches (30 cm). Lightly flour your hands to prevent sticking.
    • Spread tomato sauce over the dough base.
    • Layer on the ham, bacon, and pineapple, then top with the grated cheese.
  4. Bake:

    • Preheat the oven to 446°F (230°C).
    • Bake the pizza for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

Slice up the Hawaiian pizza and enjoy the tropical flavors! Perfect for a family dinner or casual get-together. 🍕✨
